Account Type (bAccType)

As stated in the request XML SOAP/JSON payload parameters of Get_Validation (SOAP), Get Validation (REST), Do_Transfer (SOAP) and Perform Transfer (REST) methods. The bAccType determines how the fund shall be received by Beneficiary, according to the Issuer channels.

China Union Pay bank network service is a remittance service to bank account in China via China Union Pay.
Non Resident External (NRE) account is a remittance service to NRE account in India where RSP can sent transaction to NRE account with maximum limit of INR 500,000,000.00 per transaction.

Issuer Code (bIssuerCode)

As stated in the request XML SOAP parameters of Get_Validation (SOAP), Get Validation (REST), Do_Transfer (SOAP) and Perform Transfer (REST) methods. This code identifies which Issuer to use according to the Beneficiary Account Type. The code is constantly updated and varies according to country. (Please refer to Service Spec)

How to find IFSC code?

It is very important to find IFSC code of correct branch before initiating a NEFT or RTGS or IMPS transfer. Though all banks will have a mechanism to verify the IFSC Code, Bank Branch, Account Type and Name and any mismatch will result in failed transaction.


How to verify IFSC code?

The best and simplest place to verify IFSC code branch is the cheque book. Most India banks now print IFSC Codes on the cheque books. Also, your account pass book should have the IFSC Code printed.
