Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform requirement/gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business goals, requirements, and priorities.
  • Understand user's needs, liaise with development team, and provide clarifications on customization requirements.
  • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
  • Documenting and communicating the result of your effort.
  • Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion date
  • Work closely with development team to ensure understanding of requirements and resolve the concerns during the development process.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Review QA test case and assist in UAT.
  • Able to work with minimal guidance.
  • Actively communicate within the team members.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 2 - 4 Year Experiences in Business Analyst or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Understanding of API is a must.
  • Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation artifacts.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Experience in Fintech will be an added advantage.
  • Minimal knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
