Role and Responsibilities
- Perform requirement/gap analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business goals, requirements, and priorities.
- Understand user's needs, liaise with development team, and provide clarifications on customization requirements.
- Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation as needed.
- Prioritize and manage the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder feedback.
- Documenting and communicating the result of your effort.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion date
- Work closely with development team to ensure understanding of requirements and resolve the concerns during the development process.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and escalate as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review QA test case and assist in UAT.
- Able to work with minimal guidance.
- Actively communicate within the team members.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2 - 4 Year Experiences in Business Analyst or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and Agile principles.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Understanding of API is a must.
- Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes, and other documentation artifacts.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience in Fintech will be an added advantage.
- Minimal knowledge in SQL will be an added advantage.
