Tranglo is looking for a 6 month Quality Assurance (QA) Intern focusing on software manual testing. This is a great opportunity for a student or fresh graduate to gain hands-on experience testing real software products, working closely with our QA and development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual test cases to verify software functionality against requirements
- Identify, document, and track bugs/defects through to resolution
- Assist in writing and maintaining test cases and test plans
- Perform basic data validation using SQL queries
- Support API-level functional testing using tools such as Postman
- Log and manage issues using bug tracking/test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail)
- Collaborate with QA leads and developers to understand features under test

Requirements/Qualification:
- Internship period 6 months
- Basic SQL – able to write simple queries for data validation
- Exposure to API testing tools (e.g. Postman)
- Familiarity with bug tracking/test management tools (e.g. Jira, TestRail)
Preferred Advantage:
- Prior exposure to software testing, whether through a university course/module or through testing performed as part of an academic assignment or project
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
- Good communication skills, able to clearly document and report issues
