I am interested! What is the onboarding process?

  1. Go to TPN, select Airtime Services and register for a free account. It is a self-service onboarding portal for clients. An email address with company domain is required for registration.
  2. Upload documents for KYC / regulation / audit purposes. Find the list of required documents in TPN under "Partner information" > "KYC Document" > "List of Documents" > Action/Upload.
  3. Download the API document from TPN and proceed to system integration. To know more about Tranglo's seamless integration, contact sd@tranglo.com for technical assistance.
  4. You may download the price list from TPN for product and pricing reference.
  5. Once your (i) company documents have been reviewed and approved, (ii) you are satisfied with what Tranglo has to offer, and (iii) Tranglo has an understanding of your business needs (target market, estimated transaction volume, etc), Tranglo will produce an Agreement for you to sign. Once it is signed, you can use your account to test functions and connection before going live.

    Once your account is pushed to the live platform, you can begin funding your Tranglo wallet to start acquiring international top-ups!
