You can do so with what we call a pre-funding.
- Simply email us the bank receipt/payment advice once you have made the payment.
- Once we have received the funds, we will top up the received amount, minus any bank charges, into your wallet. This should take a business day (GMT+8), but is subject to a country-by-country basis and may vary without notice.
