We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for remittance products and solutions. This role is responsible for driving product vision, managing end-to-end product lifecycle activities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful and scalable solutions that support business growth and customer needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Own product roadmap, prioritization, and backlog management aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Define product strategy, requirements, and feature initiatives to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Lead requirement gathering, analysis, and translation into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, designers, and developers to ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive product discovery through customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Lead Agile/Scrum activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product prioritization decisions.
- Monitor product performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
- Drive issue investigation and resolution by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations, documentation, and training for internal and external stakeholders.
- Mentor junior product team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related roles within digital, technology, or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience translating business requirements into product specifications and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, user interface design, and user experience principles.
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, transaction workflows, SQL, Jira, and related tools.
- Knowledge or experience in Financial Services / Remittance industry is preferred.
