Internship Description

  • Perform registrative and administrative tasks
  • Assist in digitalising HR records
  • Prepare, maintain and update documents
  • Filter and transfer calls and emails
  • Schedule meeting and assist in organizing events
  • Office Management & Staff Welfare (Stock Check, Look for Quotations, Purchase Order, Receive)
  • Assist Assets and Access Management

Key Requirements

  • SPM and above. Bachelor in Business Administration, International Business, HR are welcome to apply
  • Minimum 3 months  or 77 days internship period and above
  • High emotional intelligence and positive attitude
  • Malaysian and fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin
  • Effective Interpersonal Communication
  • Detail-oriented and well disciplined
  • Hunger to learn

Internship start & end dates must be weekday & not a public holiday
