Responsibilities
Execute FX transactions efficiently to secure competitive rates while meeting operational timelines.
Monitor supplier wallets and optimize fund utilisation to reduce holding costs.
Monitor and report on currency exposures, market trends, and FX positions to mitigate risks.
Assist to develop and implement FX risk management strategies aligned with business goals.
Ensure FX activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Support the development and enhancement of treasury policies, processes, and control frameworks.
Assist in managing broader financial risks, including FX, credit, and liquidity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support FX-related initiatives and systems.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of treasury systems and workflows.
Deliver timely, accurate reports and insights on FX operations, exposure, and risk mitigation strategies.
Support management with analytical input for key decision-making and planning.
Undertake special projects, system enhancements, and other tasks assigned by the Team Lead and above.
Requirements
At least 3 years of full-time work experience in a treasury-related field, with a preference for experience in Forex & treasury management systems.
Experience in the fintech industry or payment industry is an advantage.
Experience with cross-border remittance aggregators is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong email writing skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities, meticulousness, and a keen eye for detail.
Self-motivated, independent, and capable of taking ownership.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with others.

Ability to work under pressure.
A team player who can also work well independently.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is required.
On-the-job training will be provided.
