Senior Lead, Product Specialist

Role and Responsibilities

Oversee a team of product management, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and guidance to achieve product objectives.
Act as the primary point of escalation for complex product or transaction issues.
Work closely with business, technical, and operations teams to align product functionality with organizational needs.
Liaise with customer support, marketing, and sales teams to gather feedback and ensure cohesive product messaging and delivery.
Act as the primary liaison between the organization and key suppliers to enhance collaboration, improve service-level agreements (SLAs), and resolve critical issues.
Drive product enhancements and innovation by identifying emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive market dynamics.
Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills and a deep understanding of how a transaction flow works to ensure successful integration.
Ability to conduct product training for internal stakeholders.
Propose and implement strategies to enhance product features, user experience, and operational workflows.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least 6–8 years of experience in product management, product operations, or a related field, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or team management role.2–5 years of experience in the digital/tech industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing product roadmaps, workflows, and cross- functional collaborations.
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
Self-motivated and capable of working effectively within a team and across the organization with minimal supervision, independently driving results toward agreed goals.
Understanding of the development, testing, and deployment life cycle.
Experience in Financial Services (Remittance) is a plus.
Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and transaction workflows is a plus.
Basic knowledge of SQL and log tracking is an advantage.
Strong diagnostic skills to resolve complex product issues effectively.
