Job Description
- Handle corporate secretarial works and maintain statutory records of the Group
- Assist in coordinating with directors, external company secretary and other parties on
secretarial related matters - Liaise with notary public and embassies on notarization and legalisation of statutory
documents - Attend and take the minutes of management and executive meetings;
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in coordination and administration works internally and externally for Executive
Secretary Office; - Coordinate on all Pre and Post Meetings matters eg use of meeting tools for
teleconference, booking of venue etc. - Administer and analyse travel and Corporate Secretarial spending
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports
- Provide inter department supports on secretarial and documentation matters
- Maintain contacts database and security of confidential records, documents and
information - Maintain proper filing systems
- Handle office tasks
- Participate in designing and implementation of procedures, process flow and SOP
- Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Corporate Secretarial, ICSA
graduates or currently pursuing ICSA professional course are encouraged to apply - With one or two years of secretarial works
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to read and write Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
