The ideal candidate will be familiar with remittance or money service business operations. Candidate will have strong people skills and comfortable communicating with the unbanked and foreign clients

Responsibilities:

  • Handle enquiry/complaint/cancellation by sender via company’s Whatsapp/FB/emails
  • Handle ECDD/request additional info/documents from sender which instructed by internal compliance team
  • Approve refund requests by sender
  • Onboarding customers and KYC
  • Handle production bug and change request & staging or production testing/errors/bugs
  • Handle settlement reconciliation
  • Hit sales target
  • Ensure digital marketing material is updated daily. Eg; Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn

Requirements:

  • Articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner
  • 3 years teller experience or branch operation experience in related industries like remittance, payment, financial services, Fintech, etc will be preferred
  • An innovative team player who is aggressive, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and result-oriented with the determination to succeed.
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively on project teams
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paces environment driven by deadlines.
