The ideal candidate will be familiar with remittance or money service business operations. Candidate will have strong people skills and comfortable communicating with the unbanked and foreign clients
- Handle enquiry/complaint/cancellation by sender via company’s Whatsapp/FB/emails
- Handle ECDD/request additional info/documents from sender which instructed by internal compliance team
- Approve refund requests by sender
- Onboarding customers and KYC
- Handle production bug and change request & staging or production testing/errors/bugs
- Handle settlement reconciliation
- Hit sales target
- Ensure digital marketing material is updated daily. Eg; Facebook, Telegram, LinkedIn
- Articulate your thoughts in a clear and concise manner
- 3 years teller experience or branch operation experience in related industries like remittance, payment, financial services, Fintech, etc will be preferred
- An innovative team player who is aggressive, dynamic, self-motivated, pro-active, mature and result-oriented with the determination to succeed.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively on project teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-paces environment driven by deadlines.
