I have submitted the documents. How long do I need to wait?
Once the KYC process has begun, Tranglo will assign a compliance officer to your case. The process will take about 7 working days if the required documents are submitted correctly and no extra documents are needed. It may, however, be extended with or without prior notice, but you can reach us anytime with queries or updates.
