Responsibilities

  • Undertake registrative and administrative tasks
  • Prepare documents, update internal database, maintain staff record, assist in digitalising HR record
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients
  • Receive calls, take messages and route¬†
  • Arrange courier service
  • Process mail and packaging
  • Assist in claim processes
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Monitor and purchase office supplies
  • Other ad hoc requests

Key Requirements

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good office management and communication skills
  • Able to multitask
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
