Role and Responsibilities
Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for product improvement.
Support the product management team in defining product requirements, features, and functionalities.
Collaborate effectively with various departments, including business, technical, and customer support teams, to ensure seamless operations.
Support the testing and quality assurance process for new product features or changes.
Manage enhancement and change requests by working closely with the technical and business analysis teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum internship period of 3-6 months.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English and Malay language.
